A place to play, learn and belong
CityUHK Frisbee Club is an officially recognized student society under the Student Development Services (SDS) of City University of Hong Kong and an affiliated club of the Flying Disc Federation of Hong Kong, China (FDFHKC).
Our club welcomes players of all experience levels, from complete beginners to competitive athletes. Backed by many members with over five years of playing experience, we provide quality training in a friendly and supportive environment.
As the 3rd-place team in the Hong Kong Inter-University Ultimate Championship, we actively participate in university leagues, local tournaments, and FDFHKC training programmes. Guided by the Spirit of the Game, we value teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement—both on and off the field.
Whether you’re looking to try Ultimate for the first time or compete at a higher level, you’ll always find a place in our community.
Start with the basics
What is Ultimate Frisbee?
Ultimate is a non-contact team sport played with a flying disc. You move the disc by passing to teammates and score by catching it in the end zone.
Beginner friendly
Supportive teammates help you learn at your own pace.
No special equipment
Comfortable sports clothes, running shoes and water are enough.
Learn in one session
Pick up basic throwing and rules during your first taster.
